Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on standard stock items (such as tote boxes and wheelie bins) within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are:

unused

in their original condition

in their original packaging where possible
Custom-made items, branded goods or products manufactured to order are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will ask for:

your order number

a brief description of the issue

clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
How to Request a Return

Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible for return.

You will receive return instructions, including where to send the item.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, simply place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your order has shipped, it can only be returned under the terms above.
